Android 5: Google removed support for switching data connection programmatically. I'm sorry for this. If there is another solution in sight I will implement it immediatelly. Apart from that "WiFi / Data Lock" is fully working with Android 5.

Download WiFi / Data Lock APK file (de.danfai.wifianddatalock_3_188904.apk) from APKPure.live, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
