Este proyecto permite abordar e incorporar en el desarrollo urbano la dimensión más humana y cívica desde una aproximación avanzada de la tecnología, el mobiliario urbano y el diseño físico de la ciudad. Se utilizan los servicios, las emociones y los flujos de las personas como constructores de la realidad física.
