!!You MUST have Talon installed for themes to be applied and for this to work!!
To apply the theme: Go to Talon settings > Select Add-On Theme >BlackedOut Hang Outs

How to install BlackedOut for Talon APK for Android
Download BlackedOut for Talon APK file from APKPure.live, then follow these steps:
