Bluetooth Low Energy Enabler APK Description
This application will let you enable Bluetooth Low Energy API on Nexus 7 2012 and Nexus 10 on your Andriod 5.X device, devices since Android 4.3 will work as well.
The application includes an installer with restore images downloaded from the official production flashable images provided by Google.
ROOT REQUIRED!
The code is based on patches I sent to CyanogenMod cm-10.2 should all ready have support for it.

How to install Bluetooth Low Energy Enabler APK for Android
