Updated to work with both API 18 (Android 4.3 Jelly Bean) and API 19 (Android 4.4/4.4.1 KitKat).
The App *does not currently* work with Android 4.4.2 due to the Android Settings app Whitelist no longer includes the "AppOps" fragment (screen).

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

- Confirm with OK
