La APP Claro Télefono Virtual es una funcionalidad de valor agregado del servicio de Telefonía Fija de Claro que permite a los clientes del segmento hogar comunicarse desde cualquier lugar, Smart Phone o Tableta que cuente con acceso a internet. A continuación las principales funcionalidades:
Permite realizar Llamadas de voz.
Permite realiar llamadas locales a la ciudad en donde el cliente tiene suscrito el servicio de Telefonía Fija de Claro.
Conectarse en cualquier lugar de Colombia o fuera a través de internet.
La línea fija siempre estará disponible independiente de su ubicación.
Restringido el acceso a llamadas de larga Distancia Nacional, Larga Distancia Internacional, móviles o líneas especiales.
Cuenta con la funcionalidad de identificador de llamadas.
Se puede instalar en varios dispositivos, y usar en uno de ellos.
