The Complete App takes you on a journey to develop emotional intelligence and the skills to allow you to control your emotions.
Each programme incorporates physical, personal and interpersonal skills and you can measure your progress through our bio-feedback tool and personal assessments. The Complete App uses Apples HealthKit to allow you you connect a Bluetooth enabled heart rate monitor to track your your heart rate and calculate your level of coherence between your heart beat and your breathing.
The Complete App is based on the groundbreaking work in performance development from Dr. Alan Watkins and the team at Complete.
The Complete App is not providing any medical data and the 3rd party heart rate monitors it connects to are not medical equipment. If you observe any data provided by the app that concerns you then please consult your doctor.
The Complete App uses 3rd party heart rate monitors to connect to the bio-feedback software in the app. The bio-feedback works through the Heart Trainer feature which shows your heart rate and the coherence level you are able to achieve through slow rhythmic breathing to manage your heart rate.
