BEAR IN MIND THAT IN ORDER FOR YOUR FRIEND TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR YOU TO CONFIGURE ON THIS APP, THEY ALSO NEED TO HAVE THIS APP INSTALLED AS WELL! This is due to Facebook not allowing applications to retrieve information about the user's friends unless the friend has also given consent for their information to be shared with the app. So if you want to set a custom notification for your friend, have them download the app too!
