Enliven is a scientifically-grounded collection of interactive experiences designed to bring focus to your breath and slow down your breathing. It was created by an MIT-trained, PhD scientist with neuroscience in mind, and playful interactivity at its core.
You can control any experience by touching the screen as you exhale, or you can try one of our unique ways to interact, available for specific modes.
For example, you can use your voice to chant or sing, in order to pace your breath. Or use the motion that your breath produces in your abdomen for control, for an immersive biofeedback experience that encourages diaphragmatic breathing.
Set a timer if you’d like a structured way to relax and keep track of your progress, or just freely explore the world that you’re breathing life into.
