Qué es Familia Segura?

Familia Segura es una aplicación de localización y control parental que le permite mantener a su familia cerca y siempre conectada.
Con Familia Segura puede crear una cuenta familiar con hasta 10 miembros de la familia y adminístralos con las siguientes funciones:
• Definir áreas de seguridad y ser alertado automáticamente cuando los miembros de la familia entren o salgan de estas áreas;
• Localizar a los miembros de la familia en tiempo real;
• Enviar una Alerta de Pánico a todos los miembros de su cuenta Familia Segura;
• Restringir las llamadas a los números de teléfono de su familia y controlar cuándo pueden utilizarse las aplicaciones;
• Localizar, enviar alertas, bloquear y borrar la información de cualquier teléfono familiar si este se pierde o es robado;
Quién puede tener una cuenta de Familia Segura?

Todos los usuarios TELCEL que tengan un Smartphone compatible, pueden utilizar Familia Segura. Los miembros de la familia también pueden ingresar en el sitio web de Familia Segura para ver el estado de los demás integrantes.
La aplicación Familia Segura está disponible para Android versión 4.1 o superior.
Nota: La aplicación de Familia Segura solicita permisos de administrador para habilitar el uso de las funciones de seguridad del teléfono como bloqueo y borrado remoto en caso de que el teléfono se pierda o sea robado. Estas funcionalidades sólo están disponibles para el propietario del accesorio y completamente inaccesibles para otros usuarios.

Family Safe is an application tracking and parental control that lets you keep your family close and always connected.
With Family Safe you can create a family account with up to 10 family members and manage them with the following functions:
• Define areas of security and be automatically alerted when family members entering or leaving these areas;
• Locate family members in real time;
• Send to all members of your own family Segura an alert Panic;
• Restrict calls to phone numbers of your family and control when applications can be used;
• Locate, send alerts, block and erase information from any family phone if it is lost or stolen;
Who can have an account Family Safe?

TELCEL all users who have a compatible Smartphone can use Family Safe. Family members can also enter the website Family Safe to view the status of other members.
Family Safe application is available for Android version 4.1 or higher.
Note: The application asks Family Safe administrator permissions to enable the use of security features such as locking your phone and remote wipe if your phone is lost or stolen. These features are only available to the owner of the accessory and completely inaccessible to other users.
