Förarintyg är en heltäckande utbildningsapplikation för blivande fritidsskeppare som ska ta förarintyg och för mer erfarna båtägare och seglingsentusiaster som vill friska upp sina kunskaper inför båtsäsongen. Alla frågor, svar och förklaringar och all teori i appen bygger på den senaste kurslitteraturen och täcker in alla ämnen som tas upp i den.
Förarintyg innehåller 400 teorifrågor som påminner om frågorna på det riktiga provet samt 60 sjökortsfrågor*. För att uppmuntra djupinlärning så har två tredjedelar av frågorna en tillhörande förklaringsruta som ger mer detaljerad information på ämnet eller förklarar varför rätt svar är rätt och varför fel svar är fel.

OM INTYGET
Förarintyg för fritidsbåt (kallas även skärgårdsskepparexamen, förarbevis och båtkörkort) är en nautisk icke professionell examen i bland annat navigation och säkerhet till sjöss som regleras av
Nämnden för båtlivsutbildning (NFB). Intyget ger ingen särskild behörighet men krävs oftast av den som ska hyra båt, intyget kan dessutom ge en lägre försäkringspremie. Förarintyg är även en
förutsättning för att kunna ta kustskepparintyg.
*För att besvara sjökortsfrågorna krävs övningssjökorten 616 och 6163. De finns att köpa online och i välsorterade båtbutiker.
