* İslami kütüphanemizin bir diğer eseri olan Hanefi Fıkhı 19 Muharrem 693 (7 Nisan 1284) tarihinde Bağdad`da Hakk’ın rahmetine kavuşan Abdullah b. Mahmûd el-Mavsılî, Ebû Hanîfe mezhebine göre İslâm ibadet ve muamelât (fıkıh) hükümlerini özetlediği bir eser kaleme almış ve adını da El-Muhtar li`l-fetva koymuştu.

Muhtasar, açık ifadeli, halkın ihtiyaçlarına göre tercihli ve diğer mezheblere de işaret yoluyla yer vermiş bulunan bu eser çok tutuldu; ders kitabı olarak okundu, üzerinde çeşitli yönlerden çalışmalar yapıldı.
