Diese App ermöglicht ausschließlich Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten der Landtagswahlen in Sachsen und Thüringen die Teilnahme am MDR Kandidatencheck. Die Nutzung ist nur verifizierten Usern möglich. Zugangsdaten wurden per Mail versandt. Mit der App übermitteln die Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten in Form von Texteingaben und Videoaufnahmen Daten an den MDR. Die Daten werden später auf MDR.DE veröffentlicht. Die Nutzung der App erfordert Zugriff auf Kamera und Mikrofon der Mobiltelefone der User. Weitere Infos erhalten alle potenziellen Nutzerinnen und Nutzer per E-Mail.
