To exclude false positives the app also saves the Android ID for each user to a database, while the app is installed on the phone, this way the position of an existing user it's just updated. The Android ID is saved in a database and it's hidden, it's not disclosed. The location of each user is disclosed, but in an anonymous manner, nobody will know who is in certain place, just they will know that in that place it's one or more persons.
The app continuously tracks and logs the location and Android ID (hidden) of your phone, even when not using the app. If you don't agree with this, please uninstall the app ! Shortly after the app is uninstalled, all the data (location and Android ID) of a specific user is deleted from the database, to exclude false positives.
While using the app, the location of all the users' in the database is displayed on a Google map. This way each user can know how many people are in a selected place.
The app works better if there are more users who have the app installed, because more users decide to share their location.
