In passato ho praticato vari sport tra i quali calcio, pallavolo e beach volley ed ho in
seguito scoperto la passione per l’allenamento con i pesi.
Ho quindi deciso di conseguire la certificazione CFT 1 dell’ISSA (International Sport
Science Association). Si tratta del livello massimo di una certificazione riconosciuta a
livello internazionale. Ho in seguito conseguito anche la Certificazione da Personal
Trainer dell’ACE (American Council on Exercise).
Ho quindi trasformato una mia passione in un lavoro per aiutare più persone nell’ambito
della forma fisica.
Ho anche conseguito un Master in Wellness Management presso l’ ALMA Graduate
School di Bologna. Questo corso era stato istituito dalla facoltà di scienze motorie
dell’università di Bologna in collaborazione con Virgin Active e Technogym.
Amo aiutare la persone a raggiungere obiettivi di forma fisica che sembravano all’inizio
impossibili.
Mi alleno da parecchi anni e lavoro in palestra con i miei clienti ormai da molto tempo.
Mi mantengo inoltre aggiornato studiando ogni giorno per offrire il miglior servizio

School of Bologna. This course had been set up by the faculty of physical education
University of Bologna in collaboration with Virgin Active and Technogym.
I love helping people achieve fitness goals that seemed at the beginning
impossible.
I train for several years and work in the gym with my clients for a long time.
I also keep updated studying every day to offer the best service
