How it works:
For Mentee/Patient/customers:
Download Mashvra app
Sign up as mentee, Register and login
Select field for which consultancy is required
Filter your required specialist/consultant/doctor/expert
View Consultant/specialist/mentor profile for selection
Book your appointment with concerned communication mode (it could be voice note, Text, appointment, live video call, live voice call and
Pay online via Jazz Cash/ Easy Paisa/Credit card
Customer/patient/mentee will receive booking confirmation through sms and in application/web and you can view status is your account dashboard
Mentee/customer/patient can give feedback about the mentor/consultant
For Consultant/Mentor/Specialist/Experts/Doctors:
Download Mashvra app
Sing up as Mentor/Consultant, register and login
Create your profile - attach all related documents, upload CV
After credential verification from Admin team Mashvra - your profile will be uploaded and you will start getting customers/patients/mentees through online appointment
Consultants can select the availability mode (voice, text, live video appointment, appoint to visit clinic/office for the patients/users/mentees
Fix your fees for each communication mode
Consultant/specialist/mentor/doctor can avail multiple payment collection modes by providing Jazz cash/easy paisa/bank account details
All appointments can be viewed in dashboard
After successful communication against each appointment, mentor can close the appointment or it will be automatically closed after stipulated time
