This theme works for any 4.2 based ROM that uses the T-mobile theme chooser. (cm10.1, aokp, aospa, pacman etc...)
This Theme is only for Xhdpi and Hdpi at the moment.

How to install MIUIV5 Holo Theme APK for Android
