MOSER Zeiterfassung APK Description
Die mobile Zeiterfassung bietet dem Handwerk Vorteile für die Erfassung der Stunden. Händisch oder fehlerhaft ausgefüllte Stundenzettel werden vermieden. Zudem braucht man später im Büro die Stundenzettel nicht mehr manuell in die Handwerkersoftware übertragen.
Die App startet und die Ansicht zeigt direkt die Stundenbuchung. Man erfasst Arbeitsbeginn, teilt Mitarbeiter ein und weist den entsprechenden Arbeitszettel zu. Die Stundenbuchung startet durch die Auswahl von Start oder bei Aktivierung der gesamten Buchungszeile. Die App unterstützt ebenfalls Kolonnenbuchung. Am Ende gibt man das Arbeitsende ein und schließt die Stundenerfassung ab. Der Clou ist die Nacherfassung. Stellt der Mitarbeiter am Abend fest, dass Stundenbuchungen fehlen, bucht er diese einfach nach.
Neues Bedienkonzept
Für eine optimale Lesbarkeit kann die Nutzung im Hoch- und im Querformat erfolgen. Eine Suchfunktion auf der Startseite erlaubt die Suche nach gespeicherten Daten. Die Suche ist auch über mehrere Begriffe möglich. Die Darstellung der unterschiedlichen Bearbeitungsschritte und - stufen erfolgt in verschiedenen Farben. Der Anwender sieht somit direkt den aktuellen Stand der Stundenbuchung.
Weitere Highlights
Für eine schnelle Identifikation der Projekte können zusätzlich Bilder zum Bauvorhaben angefügt werden. Zudem kann der Anwender GPS-Daten pro Buchung hinterlegen. Die Chronik präsentiert sich als Zahlenstrahl. Diese umfasst die Kalenderwochen sowie Wochentage. Die Tage mit Stundenbuchung sind fett hervorgehoben. Bei Bedarf kann der Nutzer auf erfasste Buchung im Detail zugreifen und ansehen. Die Übertragung der Daten erfolgt direkt nach MOS’aik. Hier sind sie für alle weiteren Arbeitsschritte verfügbar.
Voraussetzungen
Das Aufmaß kann auf der mobilen Android Plattform auf einem Smartphone sowie Tablet eingesetzt werden. Für eine Nutzung unserer APP ist unsere kaufmännische Software MOS’aik in der aktuellen Version mit der zusätzlichen Kommunikationsschnittstelle Voraussetzung.
