MyCommonSpirit - Mountain APK Description
At CommonSpirit Health - Mountain Region, we're building healthy communities across Colorado, Kansas and Utah by advancing health equity and innovating how and where healing can happen.
With the MyCommonSpirit - Mountain app, patients and family members can access our patient portal on an Android device. The app allows patients to:
- View test results, health summaries and when preventive care procedures are due
- Send and receive messages with a provider
- Schedule and confirm upcoming appointments
- View visit summaries for past appointments
- Request and pay for medication refills
- View billing statements and pay balances due
- Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account
