Sometimes life changes bring new challenges. Our Victory Road is a mobile application with a simple user interface which helps people adapt to a changing world.
With this application you can help family members remain comfortably independent by providing them the little assistance they need, when they need it.
Here are the areas Our Victory Road has been designed to provide assistance:
1. Maps and Directions. Our loved ones “may pause to remember directions, but doesn't get lost in familiar places”. Not getting lost in familiar places does not mean directions to places where they don’t often visit can become confusing. It is also possible for a loved one to become disoriented on a walk if they happen to stray a block or two farther than usual. Our Victory Road allows for quick and private orientation by a user or to let the user reach out for help from a family member. Follow this link for instructions.
2. Mobile Communications. Many times older people get frustrated with the tiny controls on mobile devices. Our Victory Road has large buttons and pictures of the family members for quick contact. Our Victory Road allows for a quick text message to a family member or a voice conversation. In addition, when frustrated with things like remote controls our other devices, a picture conversation can be setup to allow a family member to see exactly what is causing frustration.
