The PALFINGER Mobile App enables to use PALFINGER features in a quick and easy way. Users can search for PALFINGER dealers and service partners around their location or anywhere else. All relevant information for each dealer and service partner is shown and contact details can be saved into the phone directly. Integration into the devices maps app ensures easy route planning.
The app also offers a PALCODE area where users get help with status- and error codes shown by their products in certain situations. Every code has a description, reason and possible ways to resolve the issue.
The app can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple App Store for iPhone and from the Google Play Store for Android. There is also a Windows Phone version available.
