Photog Companion Model Release APK Description
Model releases on-the-go. Flexible, free and ad-free app for handling a photographer's business paperwork such as Model Release, Contracts and Freelance Agreements.
* Use your own logo on all contracts without having to edit any document templates.
* Clients sign model release and contracts directly on your device.
* Generates PDF files of the agreements and stores them on your SDCard.
* Send model releases and contracts to Google Drive or Evernote automatically.
* Edit and customize the sample model release and contracts yourself (XML files.)
* Email agreements and model release directly from the PDF document list.
Comes with two sample model release forms and a sample portrait agreement. You can modify the agreements by editing the XML files provided by the app or creating your own from scratch if you have a bit of XML experience.
Simply choose a document template, fill in any fields like who the client is and where the shoot is taking place, and have the client sign right on the screen with their finger or a capacitive stylus. Photog Companion will generate a PDF document and optionally upload it to Google Drive or Evernote for you.
Long-press on a locally stored document (on the "Documents" tab) to attach it to an email to send to your client after they have signed it.
Integrates with your address book to auto-populate fields in the agreements. Just add your clients to your address book before using the app to make things easier!
Never again will you get caught at a photo shoot without a model release form or contract for work at hand!
If anyone makes nice sample contracts available they wouldn't mind adding to the app's default templates, drop me an email with the template XML file attached and I'll see about adding it for new users.

Also, please note I'm working on an interface for editing agreement templates on the device. In the meantime you can edit them from your desktop by tweaking the XML files.
