The app shall support plant engineers and piping designers. For the final design a detailed calculation according to the local technical guidelines is required.

Diese App ist eine Anwendung für den Rohrleitungsbau. Eine Rohrleitung muss nicht nur dem jeweiligen Druck standhalten, sie muss auch Anforderungen an Durchbiegung und Elastizität erfüllen.
Für diesen Nachweis gibt es im deutschen Regelwerk (AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 100 R) eine vereinfachte Methode, die dieser App zugrunde liegt.
Mit Hilfe der Rohrleitungsparameter wie Durchmesser, Wandstärke, Werkstoffkenndaten usw. werden die Stützweite einer Rohrleitung und die Länge eines Biegeschenkels ermittelt. Bei der Stützweite wird nur der Fall des beidseitig frei aufliegenden Trägers ohne zusätzliche Einzellasten betrachtet.
Die App soll Planungs- und Betriebsingenieuren zur schnellen Orientierung dienen. Eine Rohrstatik nach den jeweiligen Regelwerken ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich.
