Posventa Prinex es una solución desarrollada por Prinex destinada a mejorar y proporcionar un mejor servicio a los clientes de una empresa inmobiliaria a través de una completa funcionalidad para poder realizar una buena gestión de los servicios de posventa como elemento clave y diferencial. Posventa Prinex está disponible para el rol de visitador y vía aplicativo web para el supervisor, permitiendo entre otras acciones:

- Crear incidencias preventa y posventa en la misma visita del inmueble de una forma ágil (con fotografías, documentación y conformidad de alta por el cliente) y todo desde un smartphone o Tablet.
- Gestión de incidencias por el supervisor: asignación a proveedores, tránsito de estados de las incidencias, etc.
- Emisión de partes de trabajo a los proveedores.
- Creación de un Big Data para su explotación
