a) Preview videos in under 2 mins by playing a 'trailer' of the source video
b) Save user's time & data usage
c) Avoid click-bait videos on YouTube
It also promotes good quality content (while simultaneously discouraging click-bait video titles & thumbnails) on YouTube by:
a) showing several short clips from the video (as a short 'trailer' for the video), &
b) review feedback from other users
c) doing the above with minimal clicks & simple integration with the YouTube app
This app can be run standalone or with the YouTube app. You can choose to open a video in this app from the YouTube app through the 'Share' option. After reviewing the video on this app, just click on the 'Go to YouTube' button to be redirected back to the YouTube app.
