Robbed Car Locator APK Description
Locate your robbed car using mobile carrier network .
HOW TO USE:
-> Set SECRET Code.
-> Minimize this application( Don't exit this application)
-> Hide the phone in your car whenever you leave your car
-> If you lost your car, follow below procedure to know your car's location
1) Reach nearest cop
2) Send an SMS to the hidden phone (which is placed in the car) in the format of "SECRETCODE COPNUMBER" without double quotes
3) On receiving this SMS, hidden phone validates secret code and calls back to CopNumber without any user action.
4) Cop will be able to trace the location of the car as the call duration will be long enough. (Call will be continued unless cop disconnects it)
TRAIL TEST:
-> You can test this application before purchasing it.
-> Install the application, Set secret code and minimize the application
-> Send an SMS to this phone (in which Robbed car locator application is installed) in the format of "SECRETCODE PHONENUMBER" without double quotes.
-> Notice the automatic call generation to the PHONENUMBER that is mentioned in SMS
-> For EX: if A1!a is the secret code, then send an SMS as A1!a 9876543210
-> As A1!a matches to secret code, phone will initiate automated call to 9876543210.

-> Have enough balance in the mobile so that it can make an automated call.
-> Few phones may have dual SIMs (Or more than one option to call such as call from SIM1/SIM2/Skype etc ), in such case, please set default calling option so that when secret code is received, phone will call you back with default call option. Other wise a pop up to choose calling option will be displayed and call will not be initiated.
ADVANTAGES:
-> After robbery, thief may try to take the car away from that location and may travel for 15-30mins. Though he knows that some detecting devices are integrated in the car, it takes some time to him to find and disable the hidden phone. As we have a choice to keep more than one phone in car, thief has to check entire car to make sure all detecting devices are disabled. By this time, if we are able to notice that car is stolen, we can recover it.
OUR APP Vs GPS:
-> As GPS detectable devices are connected to the car's battery, thief can easily identify and he will disable it immediately. But as we are using mobile here, its difficult for a thief to find mobile in the car.
-> GPS system may not work accurately especially in parking floors and other remote locations. But as we are using mobile, we can catch the car using carrier network.
