The Schlachter Bible, first referred to in the original version of 1905 as a miniature Bible is a translation of the Bible from the original languages Hebrew / Aramaic / Ancient Greek into German. It was translated from the Swiss preacher, evangelist, author and newspaper editor Franz Eugen Schlachter (1859 to 1911).
