School Contacts APK Description
This app aims to support schools and associations that have a need to collect new contacts details as part of their daily activities, including personal data of potential new customers. A language school for young people, a dancing or singing school organising an event, such as an Open Day, can’t miss the opportunity to efficiently add and manage new contacts, improving their own business.
Basic Functionalities (Free version)
- Set an e-mail address for the school/association into general settings screen
- Add a new contact with the option to send an e-mail containing new contact details
- A data-grid diplay clearly showing all contacts in a summary format (student name,
parent name, phone number, e-mail)
- Easy selection to display and/or amend contact details with an option to send an e-mail
with amended contact details
- Make a call, send a text or an e-mail directly from contact details screen
Advanced Functinalities (Premium version)
- The ability to import the entire contacts database from the Freeware version
- Find a contact easily thanks to a filter search (name/date/phone/e-mail/notes/event)
- The ability to simultaneously export the entire contacts database to a CSV file and
create a backup copy of the database, which are automatically saved to your device with
an additional option to send via e-mail
- The ability to restore a backup copy of the database in case of an emergency recovery

Information privacy
This App relies on SQLite as an embedded database for storing user-entered data and does not share any sensitive data contained in it and/or the device on which the application is installed in any way with third parties. Therefore, any use and sharing of data according to the features made available by the application (eg sending by e-mail), is an exclusive prerogative of the user.
