How to activate it?
This app need the system tools permission to lock the screen. So, after installed this tool, please start the control panel on the app list menu. And it will ask you whether you allow it to activated, please select allowed. When first time enter the control panel, please press the save and start button to activate the service.
How to uninstall it?
Before you uninstall this app, you have to go to the setting panel, then select the security -> select device administrators, after enter the list, uncheck the item of the app name, then you could uninstall it normally from the app manage panel.
