This is an Extension for my Themes Outline and Ethereal. It includes additional colors and tweaks.

HowTo
1. Install Outline/Ethereal Theme
2. Install your Tweaks (Color Tweaks automatically override colors selected in Base Theme)

How to install Outline X for Substratum (Extensions) APK for Android

Update Phone Settings
