SKT통신사의 T전화에서만 제공되던 통화녹음 기능을 자급제향, KT/LGU+ 통신사향의
삼성전자 스마트폰에서도 T전화와 T전화 통화녹음 앱이 설치 되어 있다면 모든 통화를 녹음할 수 있습니다.
단, 아래 설정 내용을 유지해야 합니다.
1. 필수 접근권한이 모두 필요합니다.
(하나의 권한이라도 없는경우 통화녹음 되지 않습니다.)
2. T전화를 기본전화로 유지해야 합니다.
[T전화 통화녹음 앱을 사용하실 때 다음과 같은 권한이 필요합니다]
■ 필수 접근권한
- 마이크 : 통화녹음(기본 탑재 T전화 제외)에 사용
- 음악 및 오디오 : 통화녹음 파일 저장에 사용
■ 선택 접근권한
- 알림 : 통화녹음 진행 상태 표시에 사용
※ 앱이 Android 9.0 이상을 대상으로 제작되었으므로 9.0 미만 단말기를 사용할 경우 녹음이 불가능 합니다. 단말기 제조사 문의 후 Android 10.0 이상 업그레이드를 권고 드립니다.
