The Secret of the Cosmographer is the first book in the series of the Time Squatters books.
In this AR pop-up book type, you get to see 20 animated narrations by the four main characters, the Time Squatters, They explain part of their world, their stories, historical background of their quests and actions and more.
The Time Squatters is a group of 3 children Alex, Phoebe and her brother Max, who live in the future, in a city-island called Virtus. They live illegally, as squatters, in the basement of the largest museum in town. They find a way to return to the past, to the moments that the museum exhibits lived in originally, where they solve scientific mysteries, meet scientists, but also run for their lives. In one of their trips to Cambridge of the 1600s they meet Rosie who becomes the 4th member of the team. She is brought to their city Virtus, in the future and together they accomplice tasks hard even for a group of adults. They have to solve the Secret of the Cosmographer and change the lives of all people on earth for ever. During this process they re-visit history of science and re-discover secrets hidden for centuries...
