Cosa sono i vini TRIPLE "A"?
I vini Triple A sono la migliore espressione dei "terroirs" che esprimono.
Tutti i vini Triple A rispettano un manifesto redatto da Luca Gargano, presidente di Velier, nel luglio del 2001.
Secondo questo manifesto, per ottenere un grande vino, ad ogni produttore occorrono 3 doti basilari riassumibili nelle 3 A di:
* A come Agricoltori
soltanto chi coltiva direttamente il vigneto può instaurare un rapporto corretto tra uomo e vite ed ottenere un’uva sana e matura esclusivamente con interventi agronomici naturali.
* A come Artigiani
occorrono metodi e capacità “artigianali” per attuare un processo produttivo viticolo ed enologico che non modifichi la struttura originaria dell’uva e non alteri quella del vino.
* A come Artisti
solamente la sensibilità “artistica” di un produttore, rispettoso del proprio lavoro e delle proprie idee, può dar vita ad un grande vino dove vengano esaltati i caratteri del territorio e del vitigno.
