Rédigée par l’équipe du Professeur Frédéric Adnet, service d'urgence de l'Hôpital Avicenne de Bobigny (93), cette appli est l'outil indispensable pour affronter l'urgence :
- 140 protocoles : 15 nouveaux et 125 protocoles entièrement réactualisés par un comité d’experts (choc septique, convulsion, embolie pulmonaire, hypercalcémie, intoxications...),
- mais aussi des fiches techniques (contre-indications à la thrombolyse des AVC, insulinothérapie, équivalence de dose des opioïdes, SPDT, SPI, SDRE...)
- et 13 scores interactifs (Child-Pugh, NIHSS, Wells, SEGA, Malinas, Fine, Genève révisé...).
L’application a été entièrement repensée sur le plan ergonomique pour permettre à l’utilisateur un accès rapide à l’information recherchée :
- un sommaire par spécialités,
- des fiches à onglets,
- des liens directs vers des données complémentaires.
Les protocoles d’Avicenne sont devenus pour tous l’outil indispensable des décisions médicales qui se caractérisent par la rapidité de leurs mises en œuvre, par les conséquences souvent majeures des traitements institués et par la grande diversité des situations rencontrées.
