Ajivar uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create a journey of self-discovery for all members of the higher-education community. By offering fun and uplifting ways to engage in mindfulness training such as positive affirmations (called “Posimations”), journaling, and out-of-zone (Ooz) challenges, Ajivar pushes you out of your usual comfort zone to develop higher self-esteem and, ultimately, self-acceptance.
The result? Enhanced performance, better relationships, and more resilience against the bumps in the road of life.
The Ajivar Platform is also home to the Real You community. Real YOU is a free service available to any member of a higher education institution no matter where they are located in the world. As a safe, supportive, and emotional intelligent virtual meeting place, Real YOU encourage members to talk about their life and academic struggles anonymously, and to respond to each other using compassionate and caring language.
Anyone with a “.edu” email address can create an account with Ajivar and use DEMOPLAY for the organization code. Students outside the United States can contact us at [email protected] and we will provide access to the app. For details please visit https://ajivar.com/real-you.
Ajivar was developed in response to an urgent need to help members of the university community deal with the many stressors in the academic environment more effectively and compassionately. By helping users see and understand their own thoughts, feelings, and actions more clearly, Ajivar increases their emotional intelligence, which removes obstacles to success and achieving your goals.
While tracking progress, Ajivar also assesses for signs of anxiety and depression, and prompts users to seek professional help.
