Visual Ringer APK Description
MUST BE ON ANDROID 2.2 UNLESS IT IS A MOTOROLA DEVICE.
This app will blink the camera flash when receiving a call. Also can be configured for text messages and Gmail. Useful for the hearing impaired or in noisy conditions. The feature can be turned on/off from the main app or widget.
