Whisper APK Description
A chat application for use with IBR-DTN. If the application Talkie is installed too, you can also send voice messages to your contacts.
This application depends on the IBR-DTN services which must be installed before. Otherwise this app will not work due to missing permissions.
How to install Whisper APK for Android
Download Whisper APK file (de.tubs.ibr.dtn.chat_1508_999016.apk) from APKPure.live, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
